Karen is a graduate of USC’s School of Dentistry with many years of experience. During her career, Karen has worked at length in periodontal offices which has made her an exceptionally skilled clinician. In her long and distinguished career, she has treated many patients in our office, which she finds rewarding and fulfilling. Karen notes “I have been fortunate to work as a Dental Hygienist with Dr. Salenger and now Dr. Neman, who are both dedicated and caring clinicians. Treating patients and addressing their challenges alongside conscientious doctors and other caring Hygienists make this office a great place to work”

In her spare time, Karen enjoys running, working out, going to concerts and traveling with her husband.

Sandy started her career in dentistry as a dental assistant working for a periodontist, while attending college to become a hygienist.

She Graduated from Dental Hygiene school in 1988 with honors finishing in the top 7% on the National Boards. She Taught night clinic at USC School of Dentistry in the Perio clinic Dept alongside dental students. Due to her many years working in a periodontal office, Sandy is extremely knowledgeable and skilled as a hygienist.

Sandy was born and raised in Culver City, and still resides there. She loves to ride her bike and to crochet. She is an avid listener to books on tape. Sandy has been married for 25 years to her wonderful husband Dario. The two travel together as much as possible.

Rachelle, our office princess, started her career in dentistry in 2002. “I find our work quite rewarding seeing the results of a fully restored smile one patient at a time. As it is in life and sports, I believe all people benefit from challenging themselves. Aligning myself with people I admire, respect and trust, I also become the greatest version of myself. I believe in our team and the quality of work and care we provide for our patients. This is a very happy office, and we care for our patients like family.” Caring for people and animals are truly in Rachelle’s DNA.

Rachelle is a Native of Los Angeles, and in her free time, she enjoys gardening, cooking and spending time with family.

Kimberly joined our practice in 2021 with over 30 years of dental experience.

Having spent most of her time as a surgical assistant in periodontics she approaches patient care from a different perspective. I enjoy seeing the end result of the treatment. I enjoy being part of a team that love what they do.

She loves spending her free time with family camping, having game/movie nights and attending church together.

Irene is the newest member of our team. She recently joined our practice in 2023 and has over 9 years of experience in the dental field. Prior to dentistry she worked several years as a sleep technologist assisting patients in finding solutions for sleep apnea. Patient care has always been her upmost priority. “Seeing patients lives change because of the care we provide is the most rewarding part of the job.”

In her free time Irene enjoys traveling and spending time with her friends and family.

Monica comes to us with many years of experience in the dental field. Monica joined our team in 2021 and has become an integral part of our practice. Monica enjoys interacting and taking care of patients’ needs.

Monica was born and raised in LA. On her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family.
